What happens to your details

This site is run by Niall MacMillan Limited (company number 10151363), 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. If anything here doesn't make sense, email [email protected] and a real person will answer.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form. That means your name, your email, and whatever else that form asks for, like your platform and handle, your company or your message. When you send a form I also log the page you sent it from, the page that sent you here and your IP address, so I can spot spam and know which bits of the site work.

Just browsing? I don't collect anything about you personally.

Where it goes

I don't sell your details and I don't hand them to anyone for their own marketing.

Other services on this site

Some parts of the site are run by other companies, and they follow their own privacy policies:

Some of these are based in the US. They use the standard legal safeguards for moving data out of the UK.

Cookies and storage

If you unlock the full media kit, two small cookies (nm_mk and nm_mk_e) remember that you've done it, so you don't have to fill the form in again. Your browser also remembers your country and the latest exchange rate for a few hours so the prices load quickly. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.

Why I'm allowed to use it

When you ask me something, I use your details to answer you. When you sign up for something, I use them because you asked me to, and you can change your mind any time. The server log is there to keep the site safe.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay for as long as we're talking and up to two years after. Email list details stay until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and I'll sort it within a month. If you're not happy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
